Security policy

Bank card payments on our website are processed by JSC Tinkoff Bank (T-Bank), a licensed acquiring bank.
We accept MIR payment system cards, as well as other payment systems supported by the acquiring bank.

Payment processing, including the entry of card details, takes place on the secure page of T-Bank's payment gateway.
Confidential data (card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV code) is not transmitted to our online store and is not stored on its servers. Access to this data is granted only to the acquiring bank as part of the payment authorization procedure.

Card data is processed in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), with which the acquiring bank is compliant.
Data transmission is protected by the TLS (Transport Layer Security) cryptographic protocol.
Transactions are confirmed using 3-D Secure 2.0 technology — the current standard for two-factor cardholder authentication.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same bank card that was used for the original payment.
The procedure and terms for refunds are set out in the Service Agreement.
